Nautical Charts
This product is not to be used for navigation.
Canada
This product has been created by Tula Foundation based on Canadian Hydrographic Service (“CHS”) data, following any minimum standards/guidelines that may have been established by CHS, pursuant to CHS Value-Added Reseller Agreement 2025-0703-1260-TF. This product does not meet the requirements of the Navigation Safety Regulations, 2020 under the Canada Shipping Act, 2001. Charts and publications issued by or on the authority of CHS must be used to meet the requirements of those regulations. CHS does not endorse any derived product.
USA
This product does not meet federal chart carriage regulations for regulated vessels in the USA. See https://charts.noaa.gov/ENCs/ENC_Agreement.shtml for details.
Models
Models are computational tools that simulate and predict environmental conditions based on available data. All models are updated every 6 hours, and provide data 48 hours into the future.
